FAQ

Q: Are you a gluten-free restaurant?

A: While we DO offer allergy-friendly options, we are NOT an exclusively gluten-free eating establishment.

Q: Do you have a dedicated gluten-free oven?

A: Yes, we use a dedicated gluten-free oven to bake all of our gluten-free breads and other bakery items. We also have a dedicated gluten-free work area and grain mill, and use separate utensils, dishes, etc. in the preparation, baking, and presenting of our gluten-free options.

Q: Are you a vegan restaurant?

A: Although we DO have a wide variety of vegan options and even offer a menu that is exclusively vegan, we are NOT an exclusively vegan eatery.

Q: I'm on a strict diet. Do you take special requests?

A: We have yet to face a request or challenge we can't accommodate! Whatever your dietary needs are, let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Q: Do you offer Keto or Paleo menu options and/or baked goods?

A: While we do offer some items that may be Keto-friendly or Paleo-friendly, we tend to shy away from labels such as these. We are more passionate about the quality and nutritional value of each of our ingredients than whether they fit under a specific label.

Q: Do you offer any bakery items that are zero-sugar or low-sugar?

A: The sweeteners that we use in our baked goods and desserts are: organic coconut nectar, organic coconut sugar, organic maple syrup, organic date syrup, and honey. We have other alternative sweeteners on hand: organic agave, organic allulose, organic stevia, organic monk fruit juice concentrate, and organic sucanat (unrefined cane sugar). These are only used on special request and must be pre-ordered at least one week in advance.

(Read more about why we use the sweeteners we do here.)

Q: How many locations do you have?

A: 2724 Sheridan Rd. Zion, IL is our only location at the moment.

Q: Will you be opening any more locations?

A: Not anytime soon.
