Skills needed: concentration, basic knife skills, ability to follow a recipe regarding weights and measurements

FRIDAY, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.; SATURDAY, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.; SUNDAY, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
(Partial shifts are also available.)
Food Prep
Skill level: easy to moderate
Skills needed: basic knife skills (or willingness to learn), ability to follow recipes regarding weights and measurements

TUESDAY, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.; WEDNESDAY, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.; THURSDAY, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.;
FRIDAY, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.; SATURDAY, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.; SUNDAY, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Baking
Skill levels: easy, moderate, difficult
Skills needed (easy): ability to follow recipes regarding weights and measurements, basic oven skills
Skills needed (moderate): "easy" baking skills mentioned above, some baking experience
Skills needed (difficult): "easy" baking skills mentioned above, more extensive baking experience (or the willingness to learn) including techniques such as proofing, rising, rolling out dough, etc.
Available Day(s) and Time(s):
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and THURSDAY, anytime between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.;
(on-call availability also needed for special orders, holidays, etc.)
